“BHPI 10^th Anniversary Celebration!” Promotion

The following are the terms and conditions of the “BHPI 10^th Anniversary Celebration!” Promotion, hereinafter “The Promotion”, operated by Brimstone Hill Petroleum Inc.  (“BHPI”).

The Competition rules can be found at the BHPI Service Station in Romney’s Ground, Sandy Point, as well as on the BHPI official website. A copy of these Official Rules will be provided to any person who requests a copy, from the BHPI Service Station.

DURATION OF PROMOTION

The Promotion commences on Thursday, 13^th March 2025 through to Saturday, 31^st May 2025.
 

AGREEMENT

By entering the Promotion, each participant acknowledges and agrees:

1. that he/she has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions;
2. that he/she will abide by the decisions of BHPI which are final and binding; and,
3. that he/she will allow BHPI to use his/her name, likeness and/or voice in any media whatsoever including digital, press, print, radio and television, for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without compensation.

 
ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the Promotion is only open to persons who are legal residents of St. Kitts and Nevis; and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of purchase. Employees, directors and shareholders of BHPI ARE NOT eligible to participate in the Promotion.

 
PRIZES

The prizes for the Promotion are as follow:

Grand prize: 

There is one (1) grand prize valued at $10,000 as follows:

1. • $8,000 Cash + $2,000 Sol Fuel
      

Weekly Prizes

There will be six (6) weekly prizes to be drawn between the 21^st March 2025 and 25^th April 2025 as follows:

1. • March 21^st, 2025 – $100 Sol Fuel + Gift Certificate for Beauty Inside Out (One Winner)
   • March 28^th, 2025 – $100 Sol Fuel + Lunch Pass for 2 persons at Four Ways Restaurant

1. • April 4^th, 2025 – $100 Sol Fuel + Gift Certificate for Beauty Inside Out (One Winner)

1. • April 11^th, 2025 – $100 Sol Fuel + Day Pass for 2 persons at Sky Safari Zipline

1. • April 18^th, 2025 – $100 Sol Fuel + Scenic Railway Tour for 2 (One Winner)
   • April 25^th, 2025 – $100 Sol Fuel + Kittitian Hill Day Pass for 2

 
There will be a further four (4) weeks of power prize draws commencing on the 2^nd May 2025, for the following prizes:

1. • May 2^nd, 2025 – $250 Sol Fuel + Brunch for two at Kittitian Hill (One Winner)
   • May 9^th, 2025 – $250 Sol Fuel + Spa Package at Chop Shop
   • May 16^th, 2025 – $250 Sol Fuel + Dinner for 2 at Arthur’s Restaurant (One Winner)

1. • May 23^rd, 2025 – $250 Sol Fuel + 2 Tickets for 2 nights at St. Kitts Music Festival

 
RULES OF THE PROMOTION

BHPI reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel “The Promotion” and any or all of the prizes at its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice, without any liability whatsoever to any participant. If BHPI modifies, suspends or cancels “The Promotion” and any or all of the prizes, it will publish via electronic media and on its website that it has done so.

To enter “The Promotion”

The Promotion is limited to purchases made at the BHPI Service Station.

For each purchase of $50.00 minimum (whether in cash, or by credit card, debit card or cheque) in Sol Fuel, LPG, Lubricants, Auto Accessories, Bicycle Parts and Accessories or Vehicle Inspection at the BHPI Service Station in Sandy Point, the purchaser will receive one (1) digital entry card. There is no restriction on the number of digital entry cards that a participant may receive.

Digital Entry Card 

Each entry card has a unique code.  Customers must go online to bhpetrolinc.com/10anniversary to register and enter their unique code. Entrants must also correctly answer a skill-testing question. All valid entry cards must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Thursday March 20^th 2025 and every Thursday thereafter for the weekly prizes and by 11:59 pm on Saturday, May 31^st, 2025 for the grand prize. Special conditions and restrictions apply.

All prize draws will be electronically generated between 21^st March and May 31^st, 2025. This will include all weekly prizes, power prizes and grand prize draws.

Weekly Prizes

There will be a total of ten (10) weekly prizes during “The Promotion”. As far as is reasonably possible weekly prizes will be drawn between 21^st March, and 23^rd May 2025.

Grand Prize

The grand prize will be drawn on Friday, 6^th June 2025.  The winner will be announced in the electronic media and on the BHPI Website.  The grand prize winner will be notified according to the name, telephone number and address entered online.

This promotion does not apply to other BHPI products and services. Customers may participate as many times as they wish.

All digital entry cards are subject to verification by BHPI who reserves the sole right to determine the validity and eligibility of entries and whose decisions with respect to the validity and eligibility of entries will be final and binding. Any digital entry card that is deemed to be fraudulent will be declared null and void.

If an entrant’s correctly completed digital entry card is selected by BHPI, in any draw, that entrant will be required to produce acceptable photo identification (driver’s license, passport or national registration card) that confirms the identity of the entrant to BHPI.

 
REDEMPTION OF PRIZES

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Winners are solely responsible for all expenses related to the delivery of prizes. BHPI will try to contact each selected winner by telephone once per day for a total of seven (7) days commencing on the day that the winner is chosen. In the event of a winner’s non-compliance with these terms and conditions (determined at the sole discretion of BHPI) or if the winner is not contactable for any reason for a period of 7 (seven) days after the drawing for the prize, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and BHPI may either retain the prize for its own benefit or dispose of it as it sees fit without any liability to the winner. In the event a winner does not wish to accept the prize, he/she may not assign the prize to another individual. Prizes that are not claimed in accordance with these terms and conditions will become the property of BHPI. Prizes are to be collected by the winner, or a person duly authorised by the winner at the BHPI Service Station, Romneys Ground, Sandy Point no later than Friday, 20^th June 2025. The person collecting the prize must provide suitable photo identification at the time of collection of the prize. Prizes that are not collected before end of day on Friday, 20^th June 2025 will become the sole property of BHPI.

RELEASE

BHPI, its directors, officers and staff are not responsible for manufacturing defects that could appear on the prizes, as well as any accidents, claims, damages, losses or injuries of any kind that may occur while using and enjoying the prizes. BHPI’s responsibility is limited to awarding the offered prizes to the selected participants that comply with these Rules. At the signing of the release, the grand prize winner must also agree to the use of his/her name, address, photograph and likeness for advertising and/or promotional purposes in any advertising medium without additional compensation. All other prize winners’ names will be announced in the press and on the BHPI website.

BHPI accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information about the Promotion.
